What we collect

Only what you type into a form on this site:

• Your name and email address, which are required so we can reply.
• Your phone number, what you would like to help with, or your organisation — all optional.
• Whatever you write in the message box.

We ask you not to include information about any specific child in a message. If you do, we delete it.

What we do with it

It is emailed to info@jivullas.org, which is a Google Workspace mailbox, and read by the people who run JIVULLAS. We use it to reply to you and to organise sessions. That is all.

We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone else. We do not add you to a mailing list. We have no CRM, no advertising pixels and no third-party trackers.

Photographs

We take group photographs at sessions, with the host institution's written permission, and use them to show people what this work looks like. No child is named and no school is identified without its consent. If you are a parent, a guardian or an institution and want a photograph removed, write to us and it comes down — no reason needed.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless. It does not use a cookie, does not fingerprint your device, and does not follow you to other sites. It tells us how many people looked at a page, and nothing that identifies you — which is why this site has no cookie banner to click away.

Spam protection

The forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person rather than a script. It sets no cookie and gives you no puzzle to solve. To do its job it sees your IP address and how the page was used, which Cloudflare processes for that purpose and nothing else.

How long we keep it

Enquiries stay in the mailbox while they are relevant, and we clear out anything older than two years. Ask us to delete yours sooner and we will, immediately.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, and under the GDPR if you are in the EU or UK, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it. Write to info@jivullas.org and we will do it.

Who to contact

JIVULLAS is an independent, unregistered initiative based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. There is no registered entity behind it and no separate data-protection officer. Everything goes to info@jivullas.org.
